Berthold Imago Font6/28/2021
Its should be Ariston BQ Extra by Martin Wilke (published by Berthold - BQ).If that would be acceptable to forum rules, somebody please shoot me a message.
The closest similar font I know of would be Bertholds Nofret - and then someone moved the bar on the Q. As for the Italic - yes it is a font - and sorry, it is too small for my eyes to see any personality to let me know what it is. It isnt Nofret - because that is not a Nofret Ampersand - it does however, when small resemble Times Roman Italic. Also, the ends of the C are angled instead of straight, and much closer together, and the leg of the R is straight instead of curved. However, its close enough that many people probably wouldnt notice too much of a difference, unless you had the two logos side by side. Good luck Also, Id love to see a copy of what you finally come up with If and when youre finished, could you post the final image here. Typophile was the place I originally lifted the name from.but I must have missed the bit about Berthold. Oopsie. And thankyou.
